Our Students Are Doing Great Things

February 4th, 2022

At Cardinal Hickey Academy we believe each student should be prepared to engage the culture in which they live.  Therefore, we develop positive character, good citizenship, and Christian leadership in order to serve the Church, the community, and the country.

This week our students worked on a Catholic Schools Week service project making blankets for patients undergoing cancer treatment. These handmade blankets will be donated to Maryland Oncology Hematology in Annapolis, Medstar Georgetown Cancer Institute in Clinton, Sheldon E. Goldberg Center for Breast Care in Prince Frederick, and Shannon's Comfy Chemo Bags.

You could really see their sense of accomplishment when they were done
— Shelly Thompson, Parent Volunteer

Community. Faith. Excellence.

Our students are encouraged to live these three words every day through a wide variety of core and extracurricular activities. By engaging students with this multi-disciplinary approach, we are able to provide each student with a learning environment tailored to their needs and interests.
